But then it all flips and I’m back to being nervous and anxious again.” I often feel grounded and compassionate towards others, but without being too clingy or sentimental. I can take action like the pitta type, but I don’t become reckless. I feel at times like I possess the creativity and communication skills of the vata type, but I’m not just intellectual–all talk and no action. “Well, how about the plus side of the doshas?
